Windows 11 is in the talks all over, and we can’t stop swooning over it either. The latest update shared by Microsoft has got a buzz going already with its new features. It seems yesterday when Windows 10 was launched and the number of mixed reviews it received. With the glitches fixed, we accepted Windows 10 with open arms. But time waits for nothing and nor does Microsoft launching Windows 11. While we are sure the highlights are worth the installation, let’s talk a little more about its design additions including everything aesthetic about Windows 11 and why you need it in your system today.
Design Elements:
The Start Menu
We always loved the ‘start‘ in the left bottom corner in terms of convenience, but the new UI got us thinking, why not? It upfront and appealing, and the added drop menu tiles is just fireworks on screen for us!
The Snap Layout
For all those UI designers, here is your inspiration. Beautifully renewed their old click-and-open layout that will help in quickly snapping various apps supported by Windows 11 and you will never open the wrong screen at the wrong place again.
The Onscreen Key Board
What a refreshing look it is with the new onscreen keyboard that has been redesigned to cater to our aesthetic senses. It is customizable so if you use a pen or stylus to interact with your Windows 11 machine, you can expect some flawless work on making the experience better with sounds and feel like you’re using an actual pen.
Neumorphism
The whole creation in the new Microsoft Windows 11 is mostly, if not completely, based on Neumorphism, which feeds our thoughts on why it’s customer-centric too, agreed?
The big aesthetic makeover supports our statement, the innovation in terms of design needs to be contemporized on priority. With creations like these, that spread like a wildfire, you need something more relevant which hooks in the Millennials. Windows 11 just became solid proof of why design is so necessary, compelling us to ponder what we can bring to the table as designers and innovators to make something so traditional still relevant to our current mindsets and needs with the promise of the same values not better.
